Membership Cancellation Terms & Conditions
To cancel your membership with OB Fitness, a minimum of 30 business days’ notice before your
next scheduled billing date is required. Cancellation requests received after this period will still
result in a charge for the following month.
Please note that notifying an instructor alone does not complete the cancellation process.
Clients must submit the online cancellation form, which serves as the official cancellation
receipt.
All pay-in-full memberships are non-refundable. However, these memberships may be placed
on hold beyond the standard 3-month limit for extenuating circumstances, such as medical
reasons with a doctor’s note or military orders.
