Membership Hold Terms & Conditions
To place a hold on your membership, requests must be submitted at least 7 business days
before your next billing date—no exceptions. If submitted within 7 days of billing, your account
will be charged as scheduled, and the hold will begin on the next billing date. Cancellations are
not permitted while on hold; to cancel, your membership must first be reactivated, with a 30-
business-day cancellation notice required.
Holds are available for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 3 months within a yearly billing
cycle. If a hold exceeds 3 months, membership must be canceled, with re-enrollment at the
current rate.
Membership will automatically reactivate on the selected hold end date, and billing will
resume.
